Luscious Lips Beauty Tips

When it comes to beauty tips, I find that the reservoir is running low when it comes to lips. I can so easily paint on some lipstick that will have my lips full, sensuous and shining for at least five minutes. But you should set your goals much higher. Don’t you want that full, sensuous look all day long? Not the glossy and delicious type either.

If you have been looking for beauty tips for your lips that actually work, then read on. I really love these tips and use them almost every day. This makes them easy to dress up at a moments notice. However, if you want to just “let them ride” all day (right through lunch) then that will work too.

* • Lip Beauty Tip #1: Get some neutral lip stain -

This may mean that you have to buy that ridiculous sticky shiner that comes with it. But you will soon see that it is well worth it. Try not to use the sticky stuff. Just stain your lips with the neutral color. When choosing a stain, pick one that is close to your natural color but just a bit darker or brighter. Once the stain has been on for a while, put chapstick or your favorite gloss on it. Even after all the covering wears off, your lips will still appear full and plump.

* • Lip Beauty Tip #2: Mix and match -

Mixing and matching lip stick and lip gloss is quite fun. Just put lipstick on the bottom lip and then lip gloss on top lip. Press them together and rub pretty hard. Then blot. The end results are a nice shiny version of your lipstick that seems to last much longer.

* Beauty Tips on Lips #3: Hydrate and rehydrate -

If you stay hydrated, your lips will stay plum and beautiful. It may sound silly, but if you are dehydrated then your lips are the first to show it. This tends to make you lick your lips more which causes your lipstick or gloss to come off. So you really do get a lot more out of drinking at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day.
